		<description>Susan, I appreciate your sharing about your father and how you chose to see your mother&#039;s death as a gift.  I have struggled with alcoholism in my family and instead of seeing it as a tragedy I see the many gifts the family disease has given me.  I am always processing my feelings and choosing again to see the gift.  Thanks for all your words of wisdom and the sharing of yourself.

I would like to hear of your process in dealing with negative feelings that arise and what tools you might use to get through sorrow, projection of another&#039;s negativity or the dodging of arrows that might be coming your way.  In other words, when the going gets tough, what do you do to hold the peace and love within.  Thanks.  Could be a topic for your blog.</description>
