		<description>I remember the horse (lower brain) and rider (higher brain) analogy. When you do anything without thinking, the horse is in control.  These are the times we really go off in the deep end.

If you do not think you have a horse, then move a piece of furniture and see where you go for about a week until the rider takes over for awhile.
