My bookends currently include listing a few activities I plan to accomplsh during the day, writing LOVE ME UNCONDITIONALLY AND HONORING MY PERFECTION, on the page and in the evening writing in my Gratitude Journal. I used to do morning pages but haven't for awhile. Now I do journaling whenever I feel like it during the day. Unfortunately, it seems like I don't "feel like it" very often.

"The main focus of the Toltec tradition is to shift your point of creation from your mind to your spirit. We are either creating our reality consciously or habitually. Having a daily routine certain helps us remember to stay conscious."

Very well said.

My daily routine includes meditation and processing in the evenings. It allows me togo deeper and reconnect with deeper parts of Self.
