Aloha everyone!
I’ve gotten a few questions about what exactly the art of allowing
is and I thought the best way to explain and help you with this and
similar concepts I teach would be to do it in a live webinar.
I’ll talk more about this concept and how you can use this idea to
have greater peace and joy in your life.
You’ll find out more about some of the following concepts and I’ll
be answering questions about:
Unconditional Self Love
How to Follow Your Passion
How to Allow for the Possibility
How to Stay Centered in the Midst of Fear
And anything else you have a question about that we can cover in
about 1 hour. There is a box on the the link where you can leave a question ahead of time. I will answer as many of them as possible.
If you’ve been wondering what the art of allowing is all about,
join in on Sunday when I’ll be teaching about allowing and loving
and so much more . . .

Aloha everyone,
As you probably already know I am taking care of my dad. He has Alzheimer’s and thinks he is 91. My partner’s mom just died last week. The other morning when I was meditating I got the message, “There really is nothing to fear, you already know the ending.”
When I heard that all I could do was laugh. It is true, no matter how much money we have or don’t have, no matter how many friends, no matter what kind of life we have it always ends with death. So then the question becomes, “How do I want to feel right now?” All of our emotions are generated, not by the events in our life, but by the internal dialog about the events.
So, all I have to do is change the story to one that will generate how I want to feel. Once we change our alignment from our mind to our spirit life certainly becomes much easier.
Fear certainly is an option but not a requirement! A friend of mine reads the end of a book first so she can relax and enjoy the story. So you already know the end of the story, are you willing to relax and enjoy the journey?
