I've been using this game for about a year and it is wonderful. It combines ancient wisdom with the modern technology of Biofeedback.

What a wonderful way to learn how to change your state of mind and tap into other levels of consciousness. The biofeedback combined with adventures in a mythical world filled with sacred temples, lush gardens, and mentors challenges you to deepen your self awareness and the best part it is fun!

When I first moved to San Diego I began playing with sounds to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain and deepening the meditation experience. It was a fairly new science and I found the results fascinating. I had some very profound altered state experiences. Over the years I have experimented with sensory deprivation floatation tanks, sound, movement, fasting and spending lots of time in nature in an attempt to help people experience personal freedom.

I recently became interested again and began exploring the possibilities. About a year ago I began using the meditation CD from Centerpointe and I LOVE the results. They have a free introductory CD so try it - you might find it very helpful. I know I did.
