I poured a little more than a cup of water over: 4 Tbsp dried blackberry leaves 1 Tbsp dried rose petals 1 Tbsp honey Tisanes often need to steep a bit longer than other teas. I removed the leaves and petals after 20 minutes. End result: a tea that is very aromatic and soft. Blackberry leaves are good for an upset stomach, while rose petals soothe headaches. Rose is also considered the master herb of love.
